This is the privacy policy for the Android app Divergence Live Wallpaper (package com.divergencelivewallpaper), including its live wallpaper, screensaver and home screen widgets. It explains what information the app handles, why, and what your choices are.
Divergence draws an animated particle wallpaper on your device. It has no accounts, no logins, and no servers operated by the developer. The only third-party data flows are the Google AdMob banner shown to free users in the app (never on the wallpaper itself) and purchases of Premium, which are handled by Google Play.
The app itself does not collect personally identifying information. It does not request your name, email address, contacts, photos, location, microphone, or camera.
The following are stored only on your device:
Touches on your home screen or in the app are used only to move the particles in real time. They are not recorded, stored, or sent anywhere. Clock mode reads your device’s time and 12/24-hour setting to draw the clock; this also stays on your device.
If you have Android’s backup to your Google account turned on, Android may include the app’s settings, presets and Premium status in that backup so they return when you restore or set up a new device. This backup is managed by Google under your account; the developer has no access to it.
Premium users can export presets to a file and import them from one. The app reads or writes only the file you choose in Android’s file picker, and only when you ask it to. Where that file goes afterwards (for example, a cloud drive or an email) is up to you.
Premium is a one-time purchase made through Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment; the developer never receives your payment details. The app receives only the information it needs to confirm that you own Premium (the purchase status and a purchase token from Google Play), and stores your Premium status on your device.

Free users see a banner ad inside the app’s preview and settings screens. Ads are never shown on the wallpaper, the screensaver, or the widgets, and Premium removes them.
The banner is served by the Google AdMob SDK. When an ad is requested, AdMob may collect:
On devices that support it, AdMob may also use Android’s Privacy Sandbox ad features (such as Topics and Attribution) in place of, or alongside, the advertising ID.

Ads are limited to content suitable for general audiences.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to ask for your consent before ads are requested. Your choice controls whether AdMob can serve personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Ad privacy in the app.
You can also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device’s settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads on most devices).

The app does not request location, contacts, storage, camera, or microphone permissions.
Because the app keeps its data on your device, you can delete all of it by uninstalling the app or by clearing its storage (Settings → Apps → Divergence Live Wallpaper → Storage → Clear storage). The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
If this policy changes substantively, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
