Battle Flags — Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-05-10

Developer: Corey Flynn Contact: corrifa@gmail.com

This is the privacy policy for the Android app Battle Flags (package com.battleflags.game). It explains what information the app handles, why, and what your choices are.

Summary

Battle Flags is a two-player local game with no accounts, no logins, and no servers operated by the developer. The only third-party data flow is the Google AdMob banner that appears on the main menu and end-of-match screen.

What we collect

The app itself does not collect personally identifying information. We do not request your name, email address, contacts, photos, files, location, microphone, or camera.

Match results and lifetime statistics are stored locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences. This data never leaves your device.

What AdMob collects

We display banner ads via the Google AdMob SDK. When an ad is requested, AdMob may collect:

This data is sent to Google and is governed by Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

For details on the data AdMob handles and how to limit it, see: https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to ask for your consent on first launch. Your choice there controls whether AdMob can serve personalized ads. You can change your choice later by reinstalling the app or by resetting your advertising ID in your device’s settings.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them. AdMob is configured with Google’s default content-rating restrictions.

Changes to this policy

If the policy changes substantively, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
